OTHER WAYS TO SUPPORT US:
Here is a list of ways for you to get involved with US, but we’ll work with you to find the best fit for you. Please contact our offices

VOLUNTEER AT OUR PROGRAMS

• Become a Mentor Artist for an entire program
• Help us during tech week as a Production Week Volunteers
• Show up the day of performance and assist US with Front of House
• Participate as a Staged Reader
• Help recruit volunteers.
  *By law, all volunteers that work with the kids must be 21 years of age, fingerprinted and have a Department of Justice Child Abuse background check and/or VISTO Clearance through Los Angeles County Probation Department. The Unusual Suspects annual mandatory training session is required for all workshop artists as is Red Cross/CPR and Universal Precautions training.

HELP US GET THE WORD OUT!

• Join our Ambassador Group and help get the word out about US in your community.
• Contribute to our newsletter and/or website.
• Graphic design support for our viral emails, show play bills, program fliers.

BE A PART OF OUR GROWTH

• Assist with fundraising.
• Serve on our Board of Directors, Advisory Board and/or Support Committees.
• Help secure a space for US headquarters – we are expanding rapidly and hope to have a theatre space of our own within the next 2-3 years
• Help us network with public and private agencies to support our youth.
• Provide expertise in addressing issues of juvenile justice.

OFFICE ASSISTANCE

• Technical and IT assistance.
• Archiving photographs to document all of the incredible voices in our programming.

IN-KIND DONATIONS

• Make an in-kind donation of goods and/or services (printing, storage space, sound equipment, props, IT assistance, graphic design, PR).
